Mornings. Most of us hate them. Yucky breath, crusty eyes, hair sideways. Those cute little pajamas either wrinkled to no recognition or discarded sometime during the heat of the night. It’s never a good look when you drag yourself from bed still exhausted.
Let’s say you woke up with a throbbing headache, and despite the insulting joke your Uncle Joe tells, it’s not because your head look likes that. The pain is very likely caused by lack of sleep. Which, of course, you already knew right?
So the next question is why? Why did you roll around like your frenemy from work, Becky, hid rocks under the sheets? Maybe it was sinus trouble and the fact you wake yourself up snoring like a hibernating bear. Or maybe it was the tension and sore muscles that nagged you into alertness when you should have been busy dreaming about the latest tasty cake at your favorite local Bakery.
Whatever it was that ruined your slumber, what if I told you an oil could help correct that trouble?
Whaaaat? A magic oil you say?
I wish, and I bet you do too. But no, it’s not THAT simple. Just as our parents taught us, ice cream is not dinner and magic is not real. So let me tell you about the next best thing.
Essential Oils!!! Essential oils are a “Practical not Magical Natural Solution” to your sleeping problems!
You see what I did there? 😉
Yes, I made a shameless plug for my Brand Name, but it’s also very true.
Essential oils are PRACTICAL. They are affordable, easy to use, and deliver real results to real people. Not magic results, but real-life, satisfying results to remedy your ongoing aggravation.
Full disclosure: Essential oils will not get rid of your annoying neighbor Karen.
Essential oils are a natural, safe and simple solution.
So back to solving this sleeping problem…
Try using a mixture of Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Clary Sage Essential Oils, in your favorite diffuser, for a more restful sleep.
If it doesn’t work and you still wake up exhausted with that throbbing headache, keep quiet!! We wouldn’t want the Uncle Joes in the world to find out. 🤪
In all seriousness that this topic deserves, the answer to the original question is YES…
Essential Oils really are THAT essential.
