All-Natural, Simple Ingredients, Quick and Easy Marinade
Everyone loves a good marinade. We marinade all of our meats to infuse flavor before cooking our food. Meat is more tender, flavorful, and juicy after a good soak in quality seasonings.
The problem is most conventional marinades contain ingredients that are far from good for you. Ingredients such as high fructose corn syrup, dyes, and artificial flavoring. 😲 Sounds terrible right?
You don’t want to soak your steak in a puddle of bad ingredients do you?
Well you’re in luck! I created my own all-natural sauce that I use for marinades and more! My secret recipe can be yours for the low price of $1.99.
Below you will find my natural solution to the unhealthy options offered by store bought marinades. A simple, yet healthy, recipe that I use several times a week!
And it’s all for FREE. 😊
- Splash of Soy Sauce (I use Kikkoman Organic Soy Sauce.)
- Splash of Worcestershire (I use Annie’s Organic Vegan Worcestershire Sauce.)
- 1/2 Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar (I use Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar.)
- Dash of Garlic Powder or fresh crushed garlic
- Dash of Onion Powder
- Dash of Black Pepper
Mix the ingredients in a bag or bowl, add meat, and soak for 15-30 minutes.
DO NOT leave this marinade all day, or overnight. The apple cider vinegar acts as a meat tenderizer and can damage the meat if left too long.
It’s that simple, and super yummy!!
